These vegan friendly almond protein bars are delicious, filling and like most of my recipes super easy to make. The filling is squidgy and the chocolate and nuts on the top give it a crunchy texture in contrast, making them so moreish!
I snack on these before and after a workout, dependant on how hungry I am and how much time I have! I make these on a Sunday and then leave in the fridge for the week so I can snack at any time I want.
