This protein french toast recipe is so simple, it tastes like its been made with sugar and butter but it hasn’t and its super healthy! I like to serve it with a load of chopped fruit, some greek yoghurt and natural honey, or you can serve with maple syrup (make sure its pure maple syrup and not syrup extract). Also, for extra protein, fibre and nutrients you can top with some seeds, nuts or nut butter.
This is a perfect weekend brunch dish.
