Super Simple 4 Ingredient Protein French Toast

This protein french toast recipe is so simple, it tastes like its been made with sugar and butter but it hasn’t and its super healthy! I like to serve it with a load of chopped fruit, some greek yoghurt and natural honey, or you can serve with maple syrup (make sure its pure maple syrup and not syrup extract).  Also, for extra protein, fibre and nutrients you can top with some seeds, nuts or nut butter.

This is a perfect weekend brunch dish.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together the protein, eggs and milk until smooth
  2. Slice the edges off your bread and dunk into the mixture, make sure you soak for a few minutes
  3. Fry the coconut oil in a frying pan or dry spray, and once heated, fry your french toast until nice and golden (I do this 2 slices at a time)
  4. Serve with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
