This is a super simple, super yummy sausage pasta recipe for when you want some carbs and you want them quick AND healthy! You can knock this up in 20 minutes and its good for feeding the whole family. Its also good for a pre run/workout carb load or a post run muscle fix.
With very few ingredients, most of these would be already in your pantry so its a staple pasta dish to do when you’re unsure what to have for dinner. We like lots of chilli so we add extra but you adjust to your taste.
