I love these spiced apple energy balls as they remind me of a delicious apple crumble! They are sweet, spicy, nutty and are very moreish. They’re made with oats so they digest slowly, meaning no dramatic spikes in blood sugar so they’re the perfect snack for some energy which you know will last.
Pop one mid-run or a couple after your run for a re-fuel.
Make them up and then store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
