Delicious, tangy, spicy AND Super healthy. I love to do this recipe when I want a quick and easy supper. I always have salmon in the fridge/freezer and quinoa in the store cupboard. If I don’t have pak choi I will use broccoli or any other green I have in the fridge. We have this usually once a week and I bet you will love it too.
