The flavour of Kale is so delicious and intense when it has been roasted. I like these Roasted Kale Chips to be slightly brown at the edges so they’re nice and crisp but part of the leaf still soft so you have the textural difference. You need to make sure they’re well seasoned as this makes all the difference. The addition of a little sprinkling of sugar brings out the sweetness in the Kale which makes it truly delicious. I like to add the toasted almonds for a little extra flavour and the nuttiness works well with the Kale.
Serve on their own or as a side, they will go down extremely well I have no doubt!
