Indonesian Salad Recipe with Tangy Peanut Dressing

This Indonesian salad recipe is unusual as it uses vegetables which you wouldn’t usually associate with a salad, when they are dressed with the tangy and spicy dressing it gives them a delicious flavour and you end up with a very tasty and textural salad.

Delicious and tasty, give this salad a try. If you like you can serve with griddled chicken or pork.

Instructions
  1. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil to a frying pan and add in the garlic and peanuts, fry until lightly browned.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the remaining dressing ingredients.
  3. Put all of the salad ingredients into a bowl and dress with the dressing, mixing together until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
