Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic, chillies and onion, fry on a medium heat for 5 minutes
  2. Add in the pork and fry until cooked and nicely browned
  3. Stir in the oyster sauce , veggies and a little water. Continue to cook for a couple of minutes until well combined
  4. Season to taste and serve with boiled rice , quinoa or cauliflower if required.
