Low Carb High Protein Pork San Choy Bow

I love this type of food, full of flavour but also very good for you. If you have never tried Pork San Choy Bow then give this a go!

With 23g of protein and 4g of carbs per serving, it’s ideal for those on a high protein/low carb diet.  If you want a low carb accompaniment, cauliflower rice would be ideal.

Make sure you adjust to your taste by seasoning and also adding more Oyster sauce or chilli if needed.

It’s served in lettuce leaves so to eat it you can pick it up and devour it!

Enjoy,

Kellie xo
