Easy Raspberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Simple, delicious and healthy, this raspberry protein smoothie bowl is the perfect breakfast/brunch recipe to whip up when you want something super quick.

I find the raspberries can be substituted with strawberries/banana/mangoes or any fruit you have left in the fridge. Add any toppings you like, I like to add seeds and nuts to mine for texture.

  1. Put the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. You want a thick consistency, so if your smoothie is too runny, add more banana or whey protein. Peanut butter is also a good thickener and will add extra protein and fibre.
  2. Put into a bowl and add any topping of your choice.
