Chia Mango & Coconut Puddings

These little Chia mango puddings are so tasty but sin free! I love them for breakfast or when I feel like a pudding after dinner, but don’t want the guilt!

You can add more sweetener if you like, maple syrup works well. I also sometimes add some nuts to the top for extra energy and goodness!

Instructions
  1. Put the coconut milk into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds and honey. Make sure you mix well so that the honey disperses, otherwise the chia seeds will clump together.
  2. Once mixed well, put into 2 containers or bowls (I find jars work well) and let it set for minimum of an hour.
  3. Once set, put in your mango and top with chia seeds and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
