Banana & Chocolate Protein Frappuccino

This banana & chocolate protein smoothie combines some of my favourite things, chocolate, banana, coffee and cinnamon. It’s a good pre workout boost as the caffeine, banana and protein will fuel your workout to the max! It’s also a good post workout drink as the milk and protein will nourish your punished muscles!

You can add extra sweetener by adding natural honey, although I usually don’t think it needs this. Also, you can thicken by adding nut butter, this will also give you an extra protein boost. Just make sure it’s no added sugar.

Instructions
  1. Make 1 cup of coffee with hot water and leave to cool
  2. Put all ingredients into a mixer and combine
  3. poor over more ice cubes and serve with a dusting of cinnammon
