Almond Raisin Energy Balls

Almond raisin energy balls are bite sized and packed full of protein, fibre and good fats. You can store these in the freezer or fridge for a healthy snack or breakfast.  They’re full of goodness from the chia, flaxseeds and nuts so they’re the perfect snack to fill you up on the go!

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
  2. Mix together the oats, almonds and coconut flakes, place on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes
  3. Once finished put the oat mixture into a bowl, add in the remaining ingredients and mix to form a cookie dough consistency
  4. Either roll to form into 16 balls, or press into an 8x8 tray (to make squares) and place in the fridge to set
  5. If you are making squares, remove from the fridge after 30 minutes and cut into 16 squares
  6. Put them into an airtight container which can be stored in the fridge for 2 weeks or into the freezer for 1 month
