Are you looking for some inspiration for your weekend workout? Need something fun, quick and intense at the same time? Then try this workout. Its a Crossfit inspired workout and will work all of the major muscles with a particular focus on the shoulders, biceps and thighs. This workout is for a set time of 30 minutes so its pretty intense, but once its done you’re free to enjoy the rest of your weekend guilt free!
Dont forget to fuel your body, be sure to have a protein bar or snack before the workout and have a protein shake after within 30 minutes.

Run for 800m
20 burpees (chest to floor – without the jump)
Set your timer for 30 minutes and try and complete all of the following:
- 40 Deadlifts (60/40)
- 40 Medicine Wall Balls
- 40 Pull ups
- 30 Box jump burpees
- 30 Squat Thrusters (40/20)
- 30 Toes to Bar
- 30 Squat Clean (40/20)
If you manage to complete all of these moves then well done! For the numbers in brackets, these are the suggested weights to use in kg for males and females respectively.
