This workout is an easy one to remember if you have limited space and time. The beauty of it is it requires no equipment. You complete each exercise for 15 reps and repeat five times. If you cannot get up to repeating five times, complete what you can and build up to 5.
Jog on the spot for 2 minutes as fast as you can.
15 Squat Jumps
15 Alternate Lunges (jumping if possible)
Stretch thighs and hamstrings.
