We all struggle to fit everything into our daily lives. We have to work, spend time with our loved ones, do chores, cook dinner, and somewhere in there we want to find time for ourselves for exercise, meditation and relaxation.
Taking care of yourself and putting your needs first every once in a while is not a bad thing. Being the best version of you means that you can take care of others to the best of your ability. Even with limited time you can still get a good workout and reap the benefits that come with exercise and taking time out for yourself.
Here are my top ten workouts that I like to do at home or when I’m travelling. The best thing is no equipment is needed!
|1||10 burpees (CTF), 10 sit ups, 10 push ups. x5|
|2||20 push ups, 20 squats x 10|
|3||Run 400m, 25 squats, 15 pushups x 4|
|4||Set timer for 20 minutes. Run 400m, 10 push ups, 10 squats, 10 sit ups|
|5||100m sprint, 10 v sit ups, 10 pressups x5|
|6||Complete 200 squats for time|
|7||50 mountain climbers, 25 jumping squats, 15 press ups, 5 v sit ups for time|
|8||50 squats, 20 lunges, 10 push ups x3|
|9||Complete 150 burpees for time|
|10||Set timer for 15 minutes Run 400m, 20 hand rest press ups, 20 sit ups, 10 burpees|
